About INCF Neuroinformatics Assembly

Neuroinformatics Assembly is the annual gathering of the INCF network and serves as its major outreach outlet for the network. INCF Neuroinformatics Assembly provides a forum in which the neuroscience community can learn about the latest advancements in neuroinformatics, attend tutorials on the latest tools, methods, and neuroinformatics approaches, and interact with tool developers and infrastructure providers. It also serves as a forum where the neuroinformatics community comes together to acquire new skills, develop new technologies, and participate in the global network. INCF is committed to maintaining an open and inclusive environment where human diversity is welcomed and respected. Please read our community guidelines and code of conduct here.

Who we are

The INCF network is composed of researchers, infrastructure providers, industry, and publishers from 18 countries spanning 4 continents committed to the development and implementation of standards and best practices that embrace the principles of Open, FAIR, and Citable neuroscience.

What we do

The INCF network serves as a forum for members of the national nodes to take stock of their efforts and resources to leverage and align these to maximize efficiency and increase the impact of their outputs, utilizing existing mechanisms where possible or creating new ones where necessary.

Join

The INCF network welcomes researchers, developers, and infrastructure providers with an interest in neuroinformatics to join the network.

Partners

In the context of the INCF network, the term partner refers to the institutions, organizations, and projects that provide financial or scientific contributions that support the development of standards and best practices, as well as the promotion of neuroinformatics as a scientific discipline.

How we work

The INCF network functions through its 6 governing bodies, Special Interest Groups and a number of global collaborations. The network is supported with project management, outreach, meeting logistics, and coordination by the INCF Secretariat.
